The Sparks Festival is 2 1/2 Arts Festival for people living with a disability run by the Junction Works. The Junction Works Ltd (TJW) is a not-for-profit community organisation which has been offering a broad range of innovative services for people with a disability and their families / carers, young people at risk, and disadvantaged communities in Western Sydney since 1987. Participants of the Sparks festival come from all over Australia to interact and participate with other artists and each other in a inclusive, caring and fun environment. After day 1 the participants let loose with their favorite band The Frocks. The Frocks have been an essential addition to the Sparks Festival each year since 2010 as they engage our audience respectfully but don't hold back their rock chickness for anyone. The crowd love them and will be a critical addition to Sparks 2012.

The Frocks blast the Coopers in 2009 and coming back again in early 2010:

Recently at The Coopers in sunny Newtown on Sunday evenings The Frocks have been bringing the house down with some of the best 70's, 80's, 90's and music from today live in our popular public bar. We have found that Sundays have been a great success with The Frocks playing some of the coolest and funky music that the crowds are just loving. The hotel gets packed and the pub locals and other pub guests who come to see The Frocks have a fantastic time. The Girls in The Frocks put on a great show, and from the pubs point of view ALL the hotel patrons love them.
