The Frocks - Australias Best All Girl Band

WHAT'S IN STORE.........
Hello Frockers & hello 2013 (I say rather mightily),
After the Christmas Holiday and NEW YEARS, I put on some BIG pants and made a few changes . I got to thinking that 2012 was a year full of delightful highs for The Frocks. Now that it is 2013, the slate has been wiped clean, and we have a whole year ahead of us for new developments. With each passing year The Frocks have evolved and we have continuously grown by leaps and bounds. Last year alone saw The Frocks being nominated for a MO AWARD as Sydney's best dance band in Australia as well as the all girl-band reaching their milestone 10 year anniversary. The Frocks were also honored to perform at Taspride's 20th birthday party in Tasmania that closed the festival for 2012. Over 100 gigs later, all that hard yakka has paved the way for a 'bold lashings of change' 2013. So what does 2013 have in store for us? Well apart from revamping The Frocks logo to visually accentuate our new beginning , the talk of the town recently has been the new Frock's sister band. Formed back in
2012 and now ready to establish themselves in 2013, Titanium22 is sure to impress. Their launch, scheduled for 2013 will certainly be an event not to be missed. For 2013 we are both excited and honored to once again be nominated for the MO AWARDS but this year also brings the possibility of winning a prestigious ACE AWARD..... What an achievement! In good Frocks form we will also continue to play for people every chance we get. Great venues that will host the band in 2013 include Blacktown Workers Sports Club, Penrith Panthers, St Mary's Leagues Club, Asquith Leagues Club, Bankstown Sports Club, Canterbury Hurlstone Park RSL and more will be added to the calendar as the year progresses.
I'm brimming with loads of ideas and inspiration. We have loads planned through 2013, and we can't wait to get going with it all. As always, we have our annual Frocks Afloat Sydney Harbour Cruises in the pipe line as well as SPECIAL EVENT shows - one looks very exciting in particular! - and some more great venues lined up. We also have some exciting recording projects planned...but we'll reveal more details as the year goes on. All in all, 2013 should be one to remember for all the band's fans. Let's get Frocking......
